「The Tale of Plain Books
a Polish photobooks exhibition」

This is a story about seemingly plain books from Poland. Exhibition presents one of the most vivid and quick changing photobook scenes in Europe. The presentation in the 72Gallery contains 24 books  with are the most important photographic publications issued in recent years in Poland.

Part of the exhibition will also includes classic Kodak Carusel slide shows of awarded young generation artists Agata Grzybowska, Anna Orłowska and Łukasz Rusznica.

今展覧会ではポーランドの写真フェスティバル「TIFF Festival」より、ポーランドの写真集の展示を行います。一見するとポーランドの普通の本についてのストーリーですが、ヨーロッパで最も鮮やかで急速に変化するフォトブックシーンの1つを展示します。そして、プレゼンテーションでは、ポーランドで近年発行されている最も重要な写真出版物である24冊の本をご紹介します。

また、展覧会の一部には、受賞歴のある若い世代のアーティスト、アガタ・グジボフスカ(Agata Grzybowska)、アンナ・オルオーヴスカ(AnnaOrłowska)、ルーカス・ルスツニカ(ŁukaszRusznica)の古典的なスライドプロジェクターでのスライドショーでも作品を上映します。中でも、アンナ・オルウォスカは2017年に第33回東川国際写真祭の受賞をしております。
